CCTP Director - Responsible for overall management and direction of the program. Ensures integration with the Climate Change Science Program. The Director also serves as Director of the Office of Climate Change Policy & Technology (CCPT), Office of Policy and International Affairs, U.S. Department of Energy. The current Director is Stephen D. Eule.

CCTP Deputy Director - Supports the Director and assists in managing and directing the program. Directs the Climate Change Technology Program technical and analytical support. The current Deputy Director is Robert C. Marlay.
